Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Oratio at oratiobob.com and any related app pages, learning materials, audio, emails, and support flows. By using Oratio, you agree to these Terms. If you use Oratio for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization.

Oratio is a general-audience language-learning service. It is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or use interactive features if you are under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Oratio only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for the email address, Google account, device, and sign-in links used to access your account.
• Do not share magic links, sessions, or account access with anyone else.
• We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts used for abuse, scraping, spam, security attacks, or violations of these Terms.
• Tell us promptly at support@oratiobob.com if you believe your account was accessed without permission.

Oratio provides educational language-learning content, sentence practice, vocabulary lists, speech audio, podcasts, games, and progress tools. Content may be curated, generated, edited, or changed over time. We work to make it accurate, but language examples, translations, speech, timing, recommendations, and progress scores may contain mistakes.

Oratio does not promise fluency, exam results, employment results, immigration results, or any specific learning speed. Your results depend on your effort, prior knowledge, practice habits, and use outside the app.

• Do not copy, scrape, crawl, train on, resell, or redistribute Oratio content at scale without written permission.
• Do not reverse engineer, bypass access controls, overload the service, interfere with security, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content through support, email, account, or learning flows.
• Do not use Oratio to develop a competing dataset, service, or product in a way that exceeds normal personal learning use.

Oratio, its interface, learning materials, sentence collections, word lists, audio structure, and product design are owned by Bitprods SRL or its licensors. You may use them for personal learning while you follow these Terms. You do not receive a transfer of ownership or any right to use Oratio branding.

If you send feedback, corrections, support messages, topic ideas, or other content to Oratio, you allow us to use it to operate, improve, secure, and support the service. You keep any rights you already have in your content, but you must have the rights needed to send it to us.

Oratio is currently free to use. Anyone with a valid email address or verified Google account can create an account, subject to abuse, security, and rate-limit controls. We may change, remove, pause, or discontinue features, content, language coverage, audio, emails, or availability. If paid plans are added later, we will not charge you unless you explicitly choose a paid plan.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle account, learning, email, security, cookie, browser-storage, analytics, and support data.

Oratio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for every learner or purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bitprods SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; or service interruption arising from Oratio. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to Oratio in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 50, unless applicable law requires more.

You may stop using Oratio at any time. You can request account deletion by emailing support@oratiobob.com. We may suspend or end access if needed to protect users, operate the service, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law, except where mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Courts in Brussels, Belgium have jurisdiction unless mandatory law gives you another forum.
